I am braving the heat tonight to go see the Fiddler on the Roof at the Muny. This was the only one I wanted to see this year and of course it is the last show during the hottest time of the year. Wish me luck, I have 2 liters of water in the freezer getting nice a cold and I will have 1 liter just cold. I was also thinking about bringing some wash rags to keep in the cooler with my water. It just my mom and I tonight so we can take up all four seats. Who knows my pregnant butt might need all the space. I have only seen the movie, so I am very excited to be seeing this play. For those of you who were at my parents then at our wedding 30 yrs later, we both used "Sunrise Sunset" in our wedding. My mom actually walked down the isle to "Sunrise,Sunset" while my bridesmaids walked down to it. I wanted to walk down to that same song, but my mom and dad wanted me to walk down to the wedding march. I think I would not have cried so much going down the isle if I would have used "Sunrise, Sunset."

I always want to go see something at The Muny but can't stand the heat in order to do it!!!
Yes, we had about an hour delay, but it turned out to be perfect!! It was only about 75 degrees and a nice breeze. I was so worried all day about being too hot.
So, what did you think?
I was there to see it on Monday and we sweat our booties off!!! Did it get rained out? (Tuesday was the day you went to see it, right?)
