Mark your calanders!

Our c-section has been scheduled. Our new addition will be arrive at 7 am on September 3, 2008. Well, roughly she will be here by 7:30. We are excited and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. This pregnancy has been so different than Chloe's pregnancy. Chloe rarely moved around and this one keeps me awake at night and will actually even wake me up with her kicking. Alot of times I feel her throughout the day as well. I also have been experiencing contractions with I never really did with Chloe.

So the news from today's appointment is we have a very healthy baby in me, she has a wonderfully strong heart beat. And I am measuring right on track, 33 cm (which I will be 33 wks tomorrow). My blood pressure is looking great and I am officially only up 12 lbs, which is also wonderful because that means it is all pregnancy and not extra fat. My next appointment is set for August 6th.

On to our game plan for the delivery date. Dave and I have discussed that we really want time to focus on Chloe after I am settled in the room. So we are asking family to not show up until we call them to tell them it is okay to come up to the hospital (or roughly 12 noon). Our thought is that with not having so many people there she will able to me alittle more relaxed. We are also having pictures taken again like we did with Chloe and we decided we just wanted it to be an intimate family affair. Obviously we have to to improve on this thought plan and will probably do so in the up coming month.
